At The Crafting Queen, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations below.
Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to replace it or offer a store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at Sheila@TheCraftingQueen66.com with your order number.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review your custom order details carefully before submitting.
