At The Crafting Queen, we take pride in packaging and shipping each handcrafted item with
care. Please read our shipping and fulfillment policy below to understand how we process
and deliver your orders.

Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your
order ships. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be
communicated via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your
order. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or other
factors beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Issues
The Crafting Queen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order
shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier for
assistance.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not
responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
